This research aimed to analyse: (1) the effect of motivation to teacher’s performance; (2) the effect of organizational commitment to teacher’s performance; (3) the effect of competence to teacher’s performance; (4) the effect of simultaneous motivation, organiza-tional commitment, and competence to teacher’s performance. This type of research is quantitative research with expose facto ap-proach. This research was conducted at SMP in sub district Liukang Tangayya, Pangkep District. The study used sample 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaire and docu-mentation techniques. Data analysis techniques are carried out af-ter data from all respondents or other data sources are collected with analytical activities including test prerequisite analysis and hypothesis testing (multiple linear regression).The research result indicated that: (1) the motivation had a positive and significant ef-fect on teacher’s performance; (2) the organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance; (3) the competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance; (4) the effect of simultaneous motivation, organiza-tional commitment, and competence had a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance. This finding is an input for prin-cipal is required to be able to understand the motivation the teach-ers for the achievement of educational goals.
