Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a very important role in organizational success in this globalization era. In Indonesia, with a large and dynamic population and an ever-evolving business environment, there have been many studies related to HRM, therefore the aim of this research is to look at research trends related to HRM in Indonesia in the last two decades using bibliometric analysis methods. The data obtained comes from the Scopus database. The results of the research show that in 2021 the most articles have been published compared to other years, namely 18 publications. Trending quotes related to Human resource management in Indonesia i.e. happened in 2020 with 75 citations. The focus of research related to creative thinking in junior high schools is, 1) human resource management and resource allocation; 2) Indonesia and employee performance; 3) human resources and resource management. The new themes in this research are web applications, digital era, green economy, and sustainability. This means that this is something that has not been widely researched and is something new so this can be useful for further research. There are many links to the focus of the first and second research that are not directly linked, this is a research gap that can be useful for further research that wants to find novelty research.
